Booking & Cancellation Policies
All clients are subject to a 50% deposit of their appointment to be charged to the card on file.
All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within a 24-hour time frame will be subject to a 50% service charge cancellation fee. Appointments canceled within 1 hour of the start time, or no-call no-show appointments are subject to a 100% service charge fee.

We get it, plans change! We have a 50% deposit for appointments, and it's refundable with 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling (instead of canceling) is often easier for everyone and helps you keep your deposit. This also allows us enough time to fill the slot.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes running late is unavoidable. To ensure we can provide the best service to you and all our clients, we’ve established the following late arrival policy:
15-Minute Grace Period: If you’re running late, please give us a call to let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you within a 15-minute grace period.
Arrivals After 15 Minutes: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee or possible cancellation.
Arrivals After 20 Minutes: Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in a fee and could lead to the cancellation of your appointment, as we want to respect the time of all our clients.

Yes, there’s flexible 2-hour street parking available on Main Street. Please avoid parking on resident-only streets and check posted signs for restrictions.

Yes, we offer consultations to discuss your hair goals and recommend the best services for you. Consultations are required for starter locs, loc extensions, and most color services.

Yes, we offer a selection of high-quality hair care and Salvaged Roots products for purchase online and in the salon.

For the best results, we recommend using raw hair. We love brands like Indique or others of similar quality. Feel free to reach out for guidance if you’re unsure about your purchase!

We kindly ask that you don’t bring outside products unless you have allergies or specific needs. We’re happy to discuss and accommodate when possible, and we’re always open to hearing about new product suggestions!

All services are non-refundable. However, we offer a 24-hour policy where we’re happy to discuss adjustments or fixes to ensure you leave satisfied.
