Booking & Cancellation Policies

All new clients are subject to a 50% deposit on their first appointment to be charged to the card on file.

All Starter Loc, Loc Extension, and Color Services are subject to a 50% deposit to the card on file.

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within the 24-hour time frame will be subject to a 50% service charge cancellation fee. Appointments canceled within 1 hour of the start time, or no-call no-show appointments are subject to a 100% service charge fee.
